Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Used products, intentionally damaged products, or claims raised after the support window may be rejected.
